In November 2025, Trinidad welcomed over 40 dealers from across the country to participate in the Serna 2025 National Dealer Convention.
A weekend filled with enjoyable shared moments was experienced on November 16th and 17th in the city of Trinidad. The Moxos Group organized a Serna Dealer meeting to provide an opportunity to experience what it means to be part of the Serna family.
The first to arrive, on Saturday the 15th, were warmly welcomed by the company staff, and that evening they shared a dinner at Tábano Pub, savoring the flavors of exotic dishes from our city, such as Lagarto a la Diabla (deviled lizard) and Chicharrón de cola de lagarto (fried lizard tail), among others.
Early Sunday morning, the 16th, most of the delegations arrived by bus from the city of Santa Cruz to begin the day with a photo session in picturesque locations in Trinidad. Afterward, the entire group traveled to the banks of the Ibare River for lunch: fish soup (Pacú), fried surubí (a type of catfish), and fried lizard tail. Later, everyone enjoyed a boat trip on the Ibare River to experience the lush natural surroundings firsthand, observing various birds and animals along the riverbanks, as well as the famous river dolphins (bofeos) found in our rivers.
That Sunday evening, at the ExpoMoxos 2025 presentation, an annual event organized by the company, each of the dealerships that had confirmed their participation was recognized. Presented by the company manager, each dealership received a certificate and a wonderful memento of the first day of the convention.
Monday the 17th began with a traditional breakfast on the outskirts of town, featuring rich Beni-style hot chocolate accompanied by steak with egg and a delicious green plantain masaco.

Before lunch, participants enjoyed a company tour led by General Manager Carlos Arteaga Serna and Strategic After-Sales Manager Jimy Arteaga Serna, accompanied by staff from the visited departments. They were able to observe firsthand the product warehouses, inventory management systems, and processes for receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise. They also toured the Moxos Service workshop and the Moxos Shop office, which handles the sale of spare parts and accessories nationwide.

These were undoubtedly two very productive days that consolidated and strengthened business relationships with the dealers, who returned to their home cities with many anecdotes, memories, and knowledge they can apply to their businesses. A commitment was made to hold another National Dealer Convention, Serna 2026, which should certainly yield results and progress so we can continue growing together!
