MOXOS IMPORT – EXPORT, approaching its third decade of operation, is today one of the leading companies in the automotive sector in Bolivia, specializing in the commercialization and after-sales services of two-, three-, and four-wheel motorcycles, as well as home furniture and appliances. Founded on November 18, 1997, in Trinidad, Beni, by businessman Carlos Arteaga Serna, the company has evolved steadily to become a national and international benchmark in the commercial sector.
With its headquarters in Trinidad, the company operates four strategically located branches in Santa Cruz, Guayaramerín, Riberalta, and Santa Ana del Yacuma, along with a strong nationwide network of authorized distributors. This commercial structure allows it to efficiently meet demand throughout the country, even in hard-to-reach areas.
Currently, Moxos generates more than 150 direct jobs and around 400 indirect jobs, firmly committed to Bolivia’s economic and social development.
In recognition of its business management, Moxos was awarded in 2023 and 2024 as the Best Commercial Company of Beni by the Juventud Awards, a national distinction highlighting excellence, impact, and commitment among outstanding companies nationwide.

MOXOS is the official representative in Bolivia of internationally renowned brands such as Benelli, Keeway, Kayo, AODES, and Kymco. In addition, it has developed its own brand, SERNA, a line of motorcycles specially designed to meet the conditions of the Bolivian market. SERNA has positioned itself among the favorites thanks to its design, performance, technical support, and permanent availability of original spare parts.

Ofrecemos garantía para todas nuestras motocicletas y electrodomésticos. We offer warranties for all our motorcycles and home appliances. Motorcycles from brands such as Kayo, Benelli, Kymco, and Serna have up to a 1-year or 10,000 km warranty (whichever comes first). For home appliances, the warranty varies by product and may extend up to 2 years.
